The Loudoun County, Virginia community is mourning the tragic loss of Luke Kinkel, an 18-year-old from Round Hill who died following a car accident in the early morning hours of March 25. According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 6:19 a.m. to a single-vehicle crash on Dry Mill Road near Coltfield Way, just outside Leesburg.
